We are looking for ambitious students (3+ months) who want to go beyond a “typical internship” to shape the Go-to-Market (GTM). As a Founder’s Associate Intern at Pactos, you will work directly with the founders (ex-BCG, WHU) and take full ownership of projects from day one.
Pactos is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup transforming how companies manage their external workforce. Our AI-powered platform integrates the entire process end-to-end, enabling organizations to manage external staff in a compliant, transparent, and efficient way. Backed by renowned investors (HTGF, StepStone CEO, Peri Owner) and trusted by leading customers, we are building the category leader in this space.
Aufgaben
- 🚀 Drive Go-to-Market execution: Work directly with the founders on sales and operations initiatives – from lead generation to closing support.
- 🧩 Business Development: Run your own projects across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, designing scalable processes and new initiatives.
- 💡 Challenge & solve: Formulate hypotheses, test them hands-on in the market, analyze data, and derive insights that move the company forward.
- 🎯 Engage with customers: Join demos, interviews, and calls with HR, Procurement, and Operations leaders to capture real customer needs.
- 🛠 Prototype & improve: Use no-code & AI tools to build automations and improve workflows.
- 🤝 Be a sparring partner: Work side-by-side with the founders on strategic and operational challenges, gaining firsthand experience in building a company from scratch.
Qualifikation
- Currently in at least your 5th semester (Bachelor), Gap Year, or early Master’s in Business, Management, Tech or related fields
- Outstanding academic performance at a leading university or business school - extracurricular achievements are a plus
- First experience in fast-paced environments (consulting, scaleup, VC, or similar) paired with a genuine interest in startups
- Hands-on mentality with a particular bias to action and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Analytical mindset combined with strong communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Bonus: first exposure to no-code/AI tools
