Sales / Business Development Representative (SDR / BDR) - Orderfox

We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Representative for Orderfox.

Orderfox is focused on the innovation needs in the B2B and industrial sectors. We develop, implement, and operate intelligent, AI-based solutions to make business and production processes more efficient, faster, and more precise.

• Pipeline Development: Proactively seek out high-potential prospects through strategic cold calling, personalized emails, and social selling.
• Lead Qualification & Close: Assess inbound leads, seamlessly close smaller deals, and pass major opportunities to senior colleagues.
• Collaborative Campaigns: Potentially join forces with Marketing to conceptualize and execute cutting-edge outreach campaigns, fine-tuning both messaging and targeting.
• CRM Mastery: Track, measure, and refine your efforts in our CRM, monitoring KPIs such as demos, SQLs, and revenue impact.

• Proven Sales Acumen: Previous success as a BDR, SDR, or inside sales rep, preferably in Tech/SaaS, demonstrating an unrelenting drive to succeed.
• Exceptional Communication: Masterful negotiation and objection-handling skills, coupled with a confident, engaging presence.
• Tech & CRM Savvy: Comfortable with platforms like Salesforce, as well as automated outreach tools.
• Passion for AI & Data: A genuine fascination with AI solutions, data analytics, and/or industrial innovation.
• Entrepreneurial Drive: Thrives in a fast-paced startup setting, eager to own projects and propel growth.
• Fluent English is a must - additional languages are benefical (especially German).
