Your Mission

As a Customer Support Representative, you will help our customers to get the most out of their Oper subscription. You will do this by taking the following roles

  • A first responder to customers’ inquiries in a timely and precise manner.
  • A communicator linking the customer with your customer success colleagues and product experts in times of need.
  • An honest voice of the customer who raises issues that impact their work.

During your day-to-day activities, you'll handle incoming support requests and do everything in your means to effectively close them while providing our customers with a world-class experience.

What will you do

  • Answer questions about the product.
  • Extend our knowledge base with frequently asked questions.
  • Investigate issues raised by the customer by reproducing the behaviour and documenting it.
  • Raise urgent issues in the support process and cooperate with product analysts/managers & engineers to adequately solve them.
  • Communicate with customers to keep them up to date about the progress of their support requests.
  • Give honest feedback to your customer success colleagues about the health of customer relationships with our platform.


What will you bring
