Despite its size, the core strategy & operations team remains lean (<10 people), and the company is now looking for a hands-on Growth & Revenue Lead to become the right hand of the founders and drive its next phase of growth.
Your main responsibilities
As Growth & Revenue Lead, you will take full ownership of designing and executing the company’s go-to-market strategy across multiple channels — including sales, partnerships, and scalable growth initiatives.
This is a highly cross-functional, entrepreneurial role with real decision-making power and direct exposure to the founding team.
You'll be expected to define strategic priorities, test and validate new growth levers, and drive sustainable revenue across a hybrid model that blends technology with high-value services.
