Tasks

EQUIP is excited to offer the opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. This role is designed for someone looking to gain valuable professional experience, in customer service and support, in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in managing and responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or social

media.

• Support the customer service team in their daily tasks, possibly on weekends and

evenings.

• Learn and use our customer service software and tools.

• Participate in customer service training programs.

• Help in preparing reports on customer feedback and service metrics.

• Collaborate with team members on special customer service projects.

• Provide general support to the customer service team and other teams.

• Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and procedures.

• Regularly monitor data and dashboards to oversee operational stations, identify

potential issues, and propose solutions.

• Analyze performance data to understand trends and suggest areas for improvement

in customer service and operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.

• Strong interest in developing customer service skills, related to the sports area.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic proficiency in English and French, with additional languages being a plus.

(Swiss German, dutch, ...)

• Familiarity with basic computer operations and software.

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and a team player.

• Interest and ability to understand and analyze data related to customer service and

station operations.
