We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Swiss Central territory. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and representing Nidecker Group's brands to retail partners and customers. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for action sports and a deep understanding of the market.
Tasks
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Swiss Central territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support.
Customer Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key accounts.
- Conduct regular visits to retail stores to ensure optimal product presentation and brand representation.
- Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to enhance sales performance.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the sales manager to support strategic decision-making.
Brand Representation:
- Represent Nidecker Group at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings.
- Ensure all marketing and promotional activities align with the brand's image and values.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute localized campaigns.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Manage expenses within the allocated budget.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the action sports industry.
- Strong understanding of the Swiss Central market and its retail landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Fluent in French and English; German or additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for snowboarding, skiing, or other board sports is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
