[NDK] iPaaS Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced iPaaS Integration Manager to manage and optimize our integration platform (iPaaS) and ensure seamless connectivity between our ERP and customer applications. This pivotal role will enhance process reliability and efficiency, significantly reduce development work on Netsuite, and open new service possibilities for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data integration management, API configuration, and business process automation, with deep knowledge of iPaaS solutions such as Boomi and Celigo. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in French is highly desirable.

Integration Management:

• Configure, deploy, and maintain integrations between internal systems and customer applications.
• Create and manage automated workflows to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.

API Management:

• Develop, deploy, and manage APIs to ensure interoperability between internal systems and customer applications.
• Ensure API security and performance using industry best practices.

Technical Support and Problem Solving:

• Provide high-level technical support to resolve issues related to integrations and APIs.
• Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure the availability and reliability of integrations.

Collaboration with Customers:

• Work directly with customers to understand their integration needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with customers throughout the integration process.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in data integrations and APIs, with hands-on experience in iPaaS solutions such as Boomi and Celigo.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages and integration tools (Java, SQL, XML, JSON, etc.), database management, and cloud computing technologies.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in French is highly desirable.
