## Tasks

**How You'll Make an Impact:** 

*   Develop and execute a **sales strategy** to drive **revenue growth** and **increase market share**
*   Build, lead, and scale a **high-performing sales team**, fostering a **results-driven** and **customer-centric** culture
*   Establish and manage relationships with **DACH retail partners** and **key accounts** (both online and offline)
*   Define **sales targets**, **forecast demand**, and **monitor KPIs** to ensure consistent growth and profitability
*   Lead negotiations with **logistics service providers** and **merchandising agencies**
*   Strategically manage **POS furniture**, including negotiations with manufacturers
*   Collaborate closely with **Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain** across the entire business value chain
*   Analyze **market trends**, **customer insights**, and **competitor activities** to inform sales strategies

## Requirements

**What You Bring** 

*   **3+ years of leadership experience** in the sales area within the **DACH FMCG sector**, ideally in the **beauty/cosmetics industry**
*   **5+ years of experience in Key Account Management** in the **DACH drugstore channel**
*   Proven experience in **developing Key Account and Sales Operations Managers** into senior professionals
*   **Entrepreneurial, hands-on mentality** with a passion for **cross-functional collaboration**
*   Excellent **negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills**
*   **Strategic thinker** with a **data-driven approach** and experience in **sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis**
*   Proficiency in **CRM tools** and **sales analytics platforms**
*   **Fluent in English and German**; **Polish is a strong plus**
*   Passion for **beauty, skincare, or personal care products**, with a strong understanding of **consumer behavior** in the industry
