For our client, a leading international manufacturer of high-performance plastic seals, we are currently looking for an "Area Sales Manager (all genders) - France, Holland, Norway" to set up and expand existing and new business activities with focus on the oil customer segments as well as gas and cylinder.

Tasks
- Technical advice and sales of customer-specific sealing technology for oil, gas and cylinder segments
- Sales responsibility in the industrial division in the amount of 2 million euro in close cooperation with the internal sales department
- Independent development of medium and long-term customer acquisition strategies (new customer acquisition (35%) & existing customer support (65%))
- Development of existing business contacts to key accounts
- Proactive and independent customer advice regarding transparent contract processes and costs
- Taking on further project management activities - internally, with customers and suppliers
- Independent processing of after-sales activities (e.g. complaints)
- Continuous observation of market events and the early identification of relevant trends
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical studies and/or completed training with further training as a technician or comparable training
- Several years of sales experience and passion for technical advice
- Strong service mentality, high customer orientation and communication skills
- Very high technical affinity and the associated assessment of complex issues
- Team player mentality, high self-motivation and assertiveness
- Fluent written and spoken English, other languages an advantage
- Willingness to travel in France, Holland and Norway (approx. 60-70%)
