We are expanding our fleet, and with an increase in customers, we are looking for you to strengthen our Customer-Care-Team in full-time as a
Customer Care Agent (f/m/x/d) - Dutch + English speaking
Your Mission
- You are our first point of contact for all our customers
- You help our customers to get out of tricky situations by supporting them around the topics: ongoing rental, our vehicles, functions of the app and payment options
- You take inquiries by phone, chat and email and solve them as quickly as possible during your shifts
- You are efficient in finding out how to solve issues to provide the best and most effective solution
- You filter important information and give detailed reports/feedback about malfunctions in the app or vehicles to your colleagues and other teams
- You understand that quality lies within the detail, hence accomplishing customer requests with accuracy in order to provide high-quality service is our priority at all times
Your Strengths
- You are a real problem solver and enjoy assisting customers in need
- You are very communicative and have excellent interpersonal skills
- You are ideally familiar with the use of customer support softwares
- You have working proficiency and communication skills in verbal/written Dutch and English - German and French skills are a plus
- You have a lot of fun at work and a high level of team spirit and with a lot of positive vibes you keep the fun factor constant in our Customer Care team
- You know how to deliver a great customer experience and always go an extra mile
- You are empathetic and have a positive attitude with a desire to help our customers
