Milano Vice is our first virtual food brand that is currently focused on pizza delivery in Germany, with the opportunity to expand across categories and countries. What we’re looking for

Milano Vice is looking for a Culinary Product Development Intern to support the Product Development Tam. The role will shape and deliver the business’s vision and strategic Culinary plans as we expand in existing markets and open new locations.

This will be an opportunity to create an innovate Food concept that brings joy to our customers by providing great dishes. The culinary department is at the heart of the organisation and works closely together with all other departments.

• Identify trends and opportunities in the Food Market and push innovate products
• Collaborate with other departments on continuosly improving our products
• Ensure commercial robustness of our products by thoroughly analysing the food costs
• Ensure operational robustness of our products by rigorously testing under real live conditions
• Ensure an excellent product by building processes designed for continuous improvement

• Bachelor or master's Degree in Ecotrophology, food science or nutrition science
• Passionate about cooking
• Great communicator and collaborative person
• Sense about commercial implications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel & Word)
