What we’re looking for

Milano Vice is looking for an experienced Restaurant Trainer to work closely with the Operations Team. The role will shape and deliver the business’s vision and strategic operative plans as we expand in existing markets and open new locations. The role will be integral in leading Milano Vice into its next growth stage.

Your role

• Travel to quick service franchises to train employees on all aspects of the business, including customer service, food preparation, and inventory management
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure consistent performance across all franchises
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to franchisees and their staff to help them achieve their goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the training programs are relevant and effective
• 100% Remote, 4 Nights / Week in Hotel. Germany Wide

Your background

• Proven experience as a trainer or trainer-related role in the restaurant industry
• Strong knowledge of quick-service operations and management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Must have a valid driver's license (Führerschein B)
