Milano Vice is our first virtual food brand that is currently focused on pizza delivery in Germany, with the opportunity to expand across categories and countries. We revolutionize the food delivery industry by creating a powerhouse for love brands and focusing on an exceptional customer experience. What we’re looking for

Milano Vice is looking for a strategic and experienced Central Operations Manager to work closely with the Operations Team. The role will shape and deliver the business’s vision and strategic operative plans as we expand in existing markets and open new locations. This will be an opportunity to build the Process Excellence, from the ground up. The role will play an integral part in leading Milano Vice into its next stage of growth.

Your role

• Collaborate with crossfunctional Teams on improving our operative processes to ensure operational excellence
• Ensure a smooth workflow within our Restaurant Partners by constantly gathering feedback from qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Derive insights from qualitative and quantitative input to conduct projects improving the Key Performance Indicators

Your background

• 1-3 years of operations or venture development experience as or other equivalent roles
• Interested in Food Technology and startups
• Experience in hyper growth environments
• First Leadership experience through university projects or work experience
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Very Structured way of thinking and solving problems
• Super analytical, KPI driven Mind
