What we’re looking for

Milano Vice is looking for a motivated and structured Junior Supply Chain Manager to be a vital member of our Supply Chain team. The role will shape and deliver the business’s vision and strategic Supply Chain plans as we expand in existing markets and open new locations. This will be an opportunity to build the Supply Chain, from the ground up. The role will play an integral part in leading Milano Vice into its next stage of growth.

Your role

• Manage warehouse operations, ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment on the last mile delivery, and address operational issues to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators and analyze logistics data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Continuously review and evaluate warehouse and logistics processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
• Develop proposals, obtain cost estimates and negotiate terms with external stakeholders.
• Support with the mission, strategy, budget, and execution of all supply chain initiatives.
• Liaise with internal project teams and maintain close relationships with logistics service providers.
• Travel to different locations to oversee operations and provide guidance to local teams.

Your background

• Bachelor or masters degree from a recognized university in supply chain management, business administration or related fields.
• Prior experience through internships or full time roles in supply chain and logistics departments.
• Independent, self-reliant and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of reliability and flexibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Confident use of Google Sheets and strong analytical skills.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Drivers licence is a plus.
