We're seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Brand Manager to join our fast-growing team. As the Social Media and Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our brand image and engaging with our ever-growing community of pizza lovers. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, foster customer loyalty, and generate excitement around our delicious pizzas 🍕🫶

• Develop and implement an innovative social media strategy to enhance the brand presence of Milano Vice across various platforms, including Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create engaging and compelling content, including captivating visuals, videos, and written copy, to effectively convey the unique selling points and mouthwatering offerings of Milano Vice.
• Work with influencers and content creators to build the Milano Vice reach and community.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to create viral campaigns, leveraging popular hashtags, challenges, and influencers to maximize brand exposure.
• Engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering meaningful connections and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and culinary, to develop and execute integrated campaigns that align with brand objectives and seasonal promotions.
• Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, continuously exploring innovative strategies to optimize brand reach and engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels, ensuring that messaging, visuals, and tone of voice reflect Milano Vice's values and personality.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media and Brand Manager, preferably in a scale-up or agency.
• Experience with building influencer marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in storytelling.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for food and a strong appreciation for the art of pizza making.
• A strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of leveraging insights to inform decision-making and drive results.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
