Product Manager (f/m/x)

Your mission

• You take ownership of one or multiple products inside the Milano Vice digital product ecosystem
• You manage and coordinate maintenance of our internal tools
• You create and own the execution & delivery of your product strategy & roadmap
• You create outstanding product quality and value by being user / customer obsessed and identifying user problems and turning them into actionable solutions
• You are accountable for monitoring and improving your product’s KPI
• You create trust with your team members, stakeholders and leadership team by ensuring constant proactive communication
• You influence the company's direction and help shape the future of the product team

Your role

• You have 2+ years Product Management experience in agile product environments with several successful launches in similar industries
• You are a problem solver who cares deeply about user problems and delivering value
• You have a passion for building world class customer experiences
• You are a great storyteller and are able to manage communication and collaboration between different stakeholders and drive decision making on all levels
• You know how to get the data you need and translate them into actionable insights
• You are familiar with hypothesis-driven experimentation
• You have prior experience in a hyper growth startup environment
• You have a strong bias for action with a hands on mentality and stress resistant attitude
• You can lead with influence, not with authority
• You are resourceful, a self starter and have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• You have at least basic programming skills
• You are fluent in English

We consider these a plus:

• You are proficient in SQL or similar database languages
• You have previously worked with no-code / low-code tools
• You have worked with distributed and remote development teams
• You have collected people management experience managing (Junior) Product Managers
• You have experience with JavaScript and have built at least small side projects with it
