• Manage social media channels, from content creation to performance
• Manage MicroHarvest website, ensuring up to date content creation and top-standard implementation on owned channels
• Manage agencies and freelancers in the implementation of ad hoc projects
• Bring to life our brand narrative and messages, supporting with the organization of assets and tasks for events organized by MicroHarvest or attended by our team
• Support the CEO in the creation and implementation of assets to support the commercialization of our new products

• You have 3+ years of work experience in a similar role, with a clear track record in managing marketing processes
• You are creative and organized, and love bringing to life brands through high quality design assets and strong content
• You have a hands-on personality, team-play-spirit and efficient self-time management
• You are passionate about sustainability and eager of being part of a fast-growing startup
• Understanding B2B social channels like LinkedIn and digital marketing, website & design tools like Canva and WordPress is highly appreciated
• Fluent in English and German
