• Define and develop product formulation for MicroHarvest’s portfolio taking into account appropriate ingredient, nutritional, regulatory, and analytical requirements
• Support Business Development and Sales teams in building product concept and participating in customer engagement activities
• Prepare technical materials (presentations, product literature)
• Explore together with Strategic Marketing innovative applications for Animal Nutrition and Pet Food product/process possibilities based on current state-of-the-art food technology and costumer needs
• Develop and execute a robust pipeline of product development opportunities, including developing technical project plans and timelines
• Support Regulatory keeping a track on latest regulation of Animal Nutrition and Pet Food ingredients.

• MSc Degree in related area (Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Food Science, Food Technology,…)
• You have proven track record on developing products for pet food market. Experience with aquafeed is a plus
• Experience organizing, designing and managing animal validation trials
• Thrive at establishing and strengthening relationships, either with external partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• You are energetic, self-motivated and high sense of ownership
• Offer new ideas, think “outside the box” and have an ability to explore multiple possibilities for tackling challenges to come up with best solutions
• You are passionate for improving our animal and food system
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
