Tasks

  • Serve as primary relationship owner and client interface for strategic accounts;
  • Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and perform adjustments as necessary;
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve client metrics and company revenue opportunities;
  • Advise best practices for online marketing strategies to drive conversion rates;
  • Communicate client requirements to the team of copywriters/designers and ensure their fulfillment;
  • Keep tabs on the performance and timely communicate updates to the management.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, writing, presenting, negotiating and oral communication skills;
  • Technical and able to figure things out with little supervision;
  • Previous successful media buying experience, as well as working with Brands and Agencies;
  • Customer Service oriented. Good at rapport building and working with customers via internet or phone.
  • Can deal with reports, tracking and billing;
  • Deep understanding of industry, technologies, website monetization and online advertising;
  • Need to know digital media buying on the CPC, CPM, Rev Share, CPA and CPI levels;
  • Self-motivated, positive, and the ability to work with remote office associates to reach the same goal.
