Technical Operations Manager

- To assist account managers with setting up conversion tracking for the clients - sometimes over the online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Skype) but most frequently in slack or via chats in various messengers;

- To ensure that conversion tracking works. It requires an understanding of GTM, pixel (script, tag), UTM transfer, Google Analytics, postback, DevTools, API. It’s good to have experience with at least some of them;

- To keep the knowledge base articles up to date;

- Be involved in ongoing troubleshooting, proactive recommendations to prevent technical issues and discrepancies;


- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills;

- Can translate technical concepts into layman’s terms;

- Experience working with Media buyer PPC, Affiliate Marketing, CPA/CPL offers;

- Knowledge of tracking tools: Voluum, RedTrack, etc.

- Basic coding (JavaScript, HTML and CSS), debugging with browser console;

- Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager;

- Comfortable in meetings and joining group phone calls with clients;

- The ability to articulate and address complex technical requirements both internally and externally.
