Account Management Team Lead (LATAM market)

  • Managing a team of account managers who are working for LatAm region (Mexico, Columbia, Brazil etc - 3 people to date);
  • Setting the goals for the team, tracking their everyday workflow and assuring meeting the deadlines;
  • Assuring all the unit procedures are precisely followed, still there is a possibility to adapt them to the needs of LatAm market;
  • Supervising the pitching process of different ad formats, company’s new solutions;
  • Maintaining the high level of dedication of the team members, constantly developing their skillset.


  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in working with premium content websites, media, or networks from LatAm (Mexico, Columbia, Brazil etc);
  • Experience in management of client accounts: daily monitoring, analyzing, optimizing publishers’ ad campaigns;
  • Strong management and leadership skills;
  • Deep understanding of LatAm personality type and mentality;
  • Ability and desire to learn fast and always improve the knowledge received;
  • Ability to dedicate your time and effort to the work you’re doing always meeting the deadlines;
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
