Event Manager ready to bring new initiatives to life and create unforgettable experiences. Join us in crafting exceptional events in Ukraine and enjoy the perk of business travel to oversee event organization in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Your key responsibilities will include planning and conducting online MGID events and supporting the execution of offline events to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance client engagement and loyalty.

What You'll Do:


  • Develop and organize the company's online events (webinars, video streams, etc.).
  • Plan and organize offline event activities (exhibitions, workshops, meetups, conferences).
  • Develop and order marketing and souvenir materials (business cards, brochures, giveaway products, corporate clothing, client gifts, etc.).
  • Work with various contractors, agencies, event organizers, etc.
  • Develop and prepare visuals for printing and web materials together with the design team.
  • Create event efficiency tracking tools in the CRM system.
  • Initiate and control marketing-related payments and create reports.
  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks.
  • Create presentations and work with databases.
  • Make event content changes on MGID websites.
  • Travel for business trips to oversee event organization onsite (Europe, Asia, Middle East).

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • 1+ years of experience in event management and online events (podcasts, webinars, live streams, etc.). The candidate should lead and develop the execution of online events and be part of global offline events organization.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks.
  • Analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs.
  • Knowledge and understanding of global event market trends, modern technology, and techniques.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Management, or Foreign Languages.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with AdTech/MarTech.
  • Prior agency experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
