We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic People & Talent Associate to join our team. This role is about diving into initiatives shaping Metric's culture and helping our team members grow and thrive. You will enjoy working in this role and be able to create a lot of value if you are someone who wants to focus on the 'human' aspect of SHRM. You are someone who is empathetic and always looking for new ideas to increase employee well-being and engagement. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively will be an added advantage!

Level: L2 / IC

Location: Fully Onsite in Bahria Town Phase 8, Islamabad

Progression: Level III to Manager

Tasks

What You Will Do

As People & Talent Associate, you'll wear many hats and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of people and organizational development. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be up to:

  • Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and onboard top talent. You'll help build our team with the right people who align with our values and mission.
  • Promote and cultivate our unique company culture by designing different initiatives, ensuring our values shine through in everything we do.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on emerging trends and best practices to help shape our strategies and continuously improve our people processes. We're all about efficiency and being “Better Everyday”!
  • Work on designing and implementing visually engaging and audience-friendly training and development programs that help our team members grow and succeed.
  • Exploring our HRMS and other related tools for maximum utilization, efficiency and value creation.
  • Assist in the development of our employer brand strategy, including creating visual assets that communicate our company's values and culture.
  • Champion employee engagement, DEIB and well-being by executing events that are fun, engaging, and inclusive such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and social events.
  • Coordinating day-to-day activities within and outside the People Team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • You genuinely enjoy working with people, helping them grow, and have great interpersonal skills.
  • You take initiative and don't wait for someone to tell you what to do. You're always looking for ways to contribute and improve.
  • You love diving into data and doing research, exploring trends, and providing actionable insights.
  • You have a creative knack for producing eye-catching reports, playbooks, and presentations, which help communicate our vision and strategies in a visually appealing way.
  • You have a keen interest in studying behaviors and understanding what makes people tick.
  • Startups can be chaotic, and things change fast. You're adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity while being able to work independently.
  • Having some experience working in a similar role is a huge plus!!
