💰 Salary: £49,000 - £57,200 (based on experience and qualifications)

• Lead, inspire, and manage a Multi-Building Children’s Home, ensuring outstanding care for children who stay with us for around four months.
• Work hand-in-hand with our Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, and wider team to deliver on our mission of stability, safety, health, and independence.

Minimum 12 months’ experience managing a Residential Children’s Home.

Comprehensive knowledge of SCCIF, Children’s Home Regulations, and Quality Standards.

Ideally, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Must provide visa and passport copy (if not an EU or British citizen).

Must provide share code for Right to Work (if applicable).

DBS check required.

• Salary: Up to £57,200 (discussed based on experience and qualifications). 
• Annual Leave: 33 days, with extra days for continuous service at 2 and 5 years.
