IT Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Mauser Packaging Solutions is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated IT Data Analyst based in our Headquarter in Brühl.

• Evaluate needs and deliver solutions using collaboration toolsets including, but not limited to Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, SQL Management Studio and PowerBI
• Align collaboration initiatives with IT and corporate goals and strategies
• Prepare and create PowerBI reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Analysis and interpretation of datasets to identify potentials and improvements
• Integration, transformation and cleansing of data to Datawarehouse
• Fixing incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate data, managing missing values, identifying and removing outliers
• Provide end user communications, documentation, training, FAQs, and user adoption activities to ensure successful project outcome
• Maintain awareness of the current and future directions of the industry and associated technologies, and, where appropriate, makes recommendations for implementation of new/upgraded systems, technologies, and best practices

• Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Engineering
• 3 years of BI and process analysis
• Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills paired with technical knowledge
• Communication skills in English (written & verbal) with different stakeholders
• Experience in demand management, project managemnet and agile working methods
• Development skills in SQL Management Studio, PowerBI, ETL processes
• Interest for state of the art technology and trends (AI)
• Experience in working hands-on, independent and collaborative in a multicultural environment
