About the Role:

In this hands-on Head of Marketing, you will build and manage the marketing team and collaborate with multiple other teams and lead all aspects of marketing including; funnel optimization (acquisition, conversion, and retention), product marketing, content creation and paid marketing, such as branding and PR. You will be able to work with a lot of historical data but also have the chance to set up the systems from scratch.


  • You are responsible for the success of PPC expenditure the buyer's journey
  • You will set the strategic direction of our marketing with a focus on content and organic
  • You design and define product value propositions and position them in line with ideal customer profiles and target markets of interest
  • You build and manage a world-class team consisting of content writers (managed by a dedicated head of content marketing), paid marketers, product growth manager, marketing designers, website, engineer
  • You are owning the lead and pipeline metrics. Develop reporting on key KPIs, assess pipeline health, and identify key challenges and priorities.
  • You will work with technical team members to refine funnels and analytics
  • You allocate budgets and weekly marketing quotas such as KPIs
  • You are responsible for the success of PPC expenditure
  • You will oversee the design of landing pages
  • You can take our branding to the next level!


  • You have 10+ years of B2B marketing experience at a high-growth tech company
  • Proven demand gen leader: You have a track record of hitting aggressive growth goals leveraging various channels and tactics
  • You are an experienced team leader who knows how to build and inspire a high-functioning team
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills; business English fluency is a must
  • You have a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners across different time zones
  • You have a data-driven mindset and are comfortable using data to define goals, make decisions and measure the impact
  • You have proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Marketo
