Head of Sales


We are a passionate young team on the mission to enable a fairer, more decentralized world. To do so we are building a crucial piece of cross-chain infrastructure to enable multiple blockchains to coexist and serve different needs. Apart from the tech we care a lot about user experience and aim to make complex technologies accessible for everyone.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Sales who can lead our sales team and run our B2B sales pipeline to drive our top level volume through new integration partners. Our future Head of Sales is someone who understands and can explain complex technical products, spearhead a team with high drive and authority and leverage sophisticated people skills to convince technical as well as non-technical people.


As Head of Sales, you will be the primary leadership role in the sales team. We expect you to oversee all sales activities, monitor and analyze the performance of the sales team, and lead our company’s sales team. Simply put, we want someone who can be in charge of everything that drives business and revenue to the company.

Among other tasks, you will:

  • Build and expand a pipeline of both crypto and non-crypto integration partners across all verticals (e.g. DeFi, TradFi, GameFi, NFTs, etc.)
  • Lead and build up a team of Sales/BD representatives for crypto and TradFi
  • Closely monitor and track our sales pipeline with numbers driven KPIs
  • Outline best practices for the team and consistently coach them towards peak performance
  • Leverage existing network and contacts in the blockchain space for key integrations
  • Proactively engage with the web3 space representing our company and technical product, consistently feeling the pulse of the ecosystem
  • Attend relevant global events representing the company, lead speaking engagements and content development for industry events
  • Establish good relationships with various teams (operations, marketing, community management) to ensure good operational synergy


  • In-depth understanding & relevant experience in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry
  • You have lead a sales team before and managed a B2B sales pipeline
  • You have repeatedly set up whole sales funnels in a scalable way in growing scale-ups
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant hands-on sales experience in crypto / deep tech
  • Adept written and analytical skills for deal analysis and internal reporting
  • Sophisticated interpersonal skills to understand people, their motivation and have convincing conversations
  • Strong ability to work well within a team and to be self-guided on a day-to-day basis

At least once a year we invite the global team to an in-person retreat at a beautiful location (most likely Thailand at the beginning of 2023).
