We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Sales who can lead our sales team and run our B2B sales pipeline to drive our top level volume through new integration partners. Our future Head of Sales is someone who understands and can explain complex technical products, spearhead a team with high drive and authority and leverage sophisticated people skills to convince technical as well as non-technical people.
As Head of Sales, you will be the primary leadership role in the sales team. We expect you to oversee all sales activities, monitor and analyze the performance of the sales team, and lead our company’s sales team. Simply put, we want someone who can be in charge of everything that drives business and revenue to the company.
Among other tasks, you will:

We’re a fully remote, global company. As long as you’re not on Mars (the WiFi is terrible we heard), being part of our team from the comfort of your own home works perfectly well for us.
Retreats and team building:
At least once a year we invite the global team to an in-person retreat at a beautiful location (most likely Thailand at the beginning of 2023).
