Founders Associate (f/m/x)

As a Founders Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our founders team, driving operational excellence and propelling Legitary to the next level. • Directly collaborate with the CEO, offering essential support in day-to-day responsibilities
• Finance: Supporting grant submissions & fundraising, monitoring current funding programs, reporting
• HR & Operations: Recruiting & administration
• Business Development: Planning and creating growth initiatives, CRM management
• Owning and executing strategic projects

• Degree in economics, finance or related fields
• >3yrs experience within a fast-paced environment (e.g. startups, strategy consulting)
• Preferably with a proven track record of funding execution and business development activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Well-structured mindset with entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent in English and German
