IT Support Specialist 60-100%

We are looking for a proactive and reliable IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operations across the company. You will handle technical issues, perform system updates, and provide support to employees, helping to keep our IT environment stable and secure. This role provides the opportunity to learn and grow within the IT field, with potential for taking on more technical challenges or responsibilities as you develop your skills.

The LeeGroup is a fast-growing D2C company from Lucerne. We produce and sell the best nutritional supplements and skincare products in Switzerland.

• Manage IT assets and network infrastructure, ensuring proper documentation, configuration, and compliance with security standards.
• Proactively identify potential issues and inefficiencies within IT systems, and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues, diagnosing problems and offering timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess technical needs, troubleshoot problems, and propose enhancements to improve overall IT operations.
• Implement and monitor security best practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly.
• Experience in IT support or system administration, with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and network management.
• Ability to manage technical issues in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Experience with IT asset management and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical staff.
• You communicate fluently in English and are able understand complex topics in German.
• A valid Swiss work permit.

Additionally, any of the following are considered nice to have:

• Familiarity with cloud systems, servers, and backup solutions.
• Knowledge of system security practices and data protection.
• Familiarity with version control and deployment practices (basic DevOps tasks).
• Previous experience with ERP systems (such as Odoo) and e-commerce platforms (like Shopify) is a plus.
