WHICH TASKS DO YOU TAKE OVER?

As a Supply Chain Professional at Kraftblock GmbH, you will play a crucial role in advancing our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for supplier portfolio strategy, building and strengthening relationships with national and international suppliers, procuring technical products, and staying abreast of market trends in the renewable energy industry. Key Responsibilities:Build and strategically manage a high performing portfolio of suppliers.

• Identify technical products and materials required for our projects.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability criteria.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for Kraftblock.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with national and international suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality assurance.
• Resolve any supply-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Advance our supply chain organization and operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics within the renewable energy sector.
• Analyze market conditions to identify potential supply chain risks and opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Promote sustainable procurement practices, considering environmental and ethical factors.
• Seek out environmentally friendly and socially responsible suppliers.
• Support Kraftblock's commitment to sustainability in all procurement activities.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

Minimum Bachelor's degree or similar in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.

• Proven experience in technical procurement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work with international suppliers.
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, market trends, and familiarity with sustainability principles and practices is a clear plus.
• Strong motivation to continuously develop your professional skills and enlarge your portfolio of responsibilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for procurement and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
