## Your tasks

As part of the launch of our new subsidiary in France, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive _Administrative & Executive Assistant_. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the setup and structuring of our French operations, while working closely with the France/Belgium Director and our global teams.  
  
## Your responsibilities:

* Manage the overall administration of the French subsidiary (documents, providers, local authorities)
* Support the setup and follow-up of all subsidiary activities (organization, processes, coordination)
* Monitor budgets and contribute to reporting
* Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure alignment of practices and procedures
* Oversee local office management (supplies, logistics, workplace environment, service providers, facilities, car leasing)
* Organize and coordinate meetings, travel, and strategic files related to France / Belgium

## Your profile

* Proven experience in administrative and/or executive assistance
* **Excellent command of French & English (German is a plus)**
* You are located **in Paris** or inthe surrounding area or are willing to relocate for your new position
* You are looking for a **part-time position**
* Strong rigor, organization, and ability to prioritize
* Discretion, autonomy, and reliability
* Mastery of **Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar)**
* Comfortable in an international and fast-evolving environment (subsidiary setup phase)
