Your tasks

Started as an online shop, we are now growing beyond our borders. In doing so, we are also expanding our products beyond the borders of the internet into the stationary trade. Help us to make the supermarket shelves a little more colorful with our variety and win new retail partners for us with your friendly nature.

  • Independent responsibility for the sales area of northern Bavaria
  • Acquisition of new supermarkets and new trade partners as well as communication with existing business partners will be part of your daily tasks
  • Acquisition and support of multi-operator companies
  • Implementation of sales and marketing strategies
  • Planning and implementation of customer visits, sales events, and trade fairs
  • Conducting of contract negotiations and responsibility for deals until they are completed
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers and cooperating closely with the internal sales team
  • You know our product range like the back of your hand - you can answer any questions our trade partners may have

Your profile

  • You have a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in the field of business/sales - career changers are also welcome!
  • Some professional experience in field service, customer service or sales is a must
  • You live in the region of Nürnberg, Würzburg, Erlangen or Regensurg or you are willing to relocate for your new position.
  • Excellent German language skills (C1) and at least an intermediate knowledge of English
  • You have a class B driving license
  • What drives you is an ardent desire to build something new
  • You have a hands-on mentality, and are not afraid of rejections or difficult situations
  • You deeply believe in KoRo’s mission and products, and can convincingly share this passion with our potential partners
  • You have strong negotiating skills and a knack for words
  • Independence and organization are the foundations of your success
