Your tasks

Do you want to play a central role in shaping our pricing strategies and actively contribute to the success of KoRo? Then join our team as a Senior Pricing Manager (m/f/d)!

• You will develop and define KoRo's comprehensive pricing strategy. Using multivariate analysis methods, you will make informed decisions and stay up-to-date with current market trends and developments. Your analyses and strategies will significantly contribute to our competitiveness and the continuous optimization of our margin profiles.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing internal tools that enable continuous process automation. Your goal is to achieve efficiency gains and minimize repetitive tasks. In doing so, you will work closely with various departments to develop tailored solutions and drive automation in all relevant areas.
• Working closely with our analytics team, you will create pricing recommendations. You will use mathematical models and advanced statistical techniques to conduct pricing recommendations.
• You will continuously monitor our pricing and analyze various pricing components (discounts, coupons and promotions).
• By conducting A/B tests, you will identify the most effective pricing strategies and provide valuable insights that directly influence our marketing and sales strategies.

Your profile

• You have a completed technical or scientific degree.
• You have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Pricing Manager or in a similar role.
• You have excellent English skills; German skills are a plus!
• You are proficient in advanced Excel functions and familiar with data analysis tools.
• You have strong analytical and quantitative skills and experience in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis.
• You approach new tasks proactively and responsibly with a hands-on mentality.
• Experience in e-commerce and FMCG is a plus!
• You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate to Berlin for your new position
