We have built the KONUX Predictive Maintenance System for rail switches, the first AI-based solution for the rail industry. As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in building the China team and shaping KONUX China’s HR service portfolio from scratch. You will be managing the whole HR value chain, from attracting and recruiting the right talent to managing performance and ensuring an engaging and motivating company culture in which employees can grow. In addition, you will be taking care of all HR-related administrative tasks. You will collaborate with the HR/People & Culture team of KONUX Germany and adapt already existing HR procedures to local Chinese requirements. The ideal candidate is eager to support building a company from scratch and is able to handle multiple tasks at once without losing the big picture.
