The engineer will be directly responsible for design development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of high-quality software components.

We seek a skilled and experienced "Technical Consultant(Support)" to join our dynamic team.


  • Provide product requirements, integration needs via proactive communication.
  • Checking the customer status and assisting them when necessary
  • Determining the needs of the customer
  • Examination of problems on the customer side and analyzing the problems by contacting the customer
  • Providing solutions by contacting the German office when necessary
  • Making customer visits when necessary, determining problems on the spot, performing maintenance work and solving the issues at hand.


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technologies, statistic and mathematics or relevant fields,
  • Experience and knowledge of database technologies (SQL),
  • Effective oral and written communication skills,
  • Ability to act as a bridge between customers and developers according to customers' needs,
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus,
  • Knowledge of software development is a big plus.

Nice to have;

  • Experience with DevOps (Kubernetes, AWS)
  • Backend development experience or know-how.
  • Android/iOS development experience or know-how.
