• You build relationships with customers. That way, you discover what their needs are in terms of business processes, working methods and IT systems.
• You manage the activation process and the project as a whole.
• You advise the customer and suggest the best configuration and integration based on your expertise.
• You design, configure and test the new implementation.
• You provide the necessary documentation.
• You have an advisory and guiding role during the roll-out.

You will work within the Professional Services team that is also responsible for pre-sales support, customer support, hosting, on-boarding of users, thus offering even more opportunities towards variety, impact and personal growth.

You will work mainly from our office in Boortmeerbeek (between Leuven – Mechelen – Zaventem – Haacht), sometimes at the customer’s location. Parttime teleworking is also a possibility at Knowliah.

• Knowledge and experience
  You have a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience. A sound knowledge of ICT concepts, operations and processes is necessary. Basic knowledge of legal processes, information management and experience with functional analysis (system and/or process) is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Critical and analytical skills
  You can distinguish details from the essentials, so you immediately recognise the real bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Customer-oriented
  In this job, you have intensive contact with your customers and your colleagues. Your communication skills are therefore very good. You know how to deal with all types of personalities, you are discrete and respectful, and you easily build professional relationships.

  You are strong in planning and organising. You can monitor the scope, tasks and budget agreed with the customer.
