Aufgaben

Regional Field Sales Manager:

· Responsible to drive sales of our professional beauty products in the Paris and the South-West of France area

· Support, train, coach and develop KLAPP customers in your region thus ensuring sales growth and profitability targets

· Acquiring new customers: beauty salons and hotel spas

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the assigned territory

· Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, key accounts and key opinion leaders within the territory

Country Manager:

· Take over of the responsibility for the development and leadership of the French sales team and ownership of the French country P&L

· Complete and submit timely administration tasks such as customer record keeping (CRM), forecasting, monthly reporting, expenses

· Representing the KLAPP brand in a professional manner aligned with the brand image at trade fairs and other events across France

Qualifikation

  • Professional experience in field sales, ideally in-deep knowledge of the French professional cosmetic market
  • Sales target-orientated sales talent with strong negotiating skills
  • Winning personality: communicative, motivated, ambitious, committed
  • Independent and autonomous planning and organization
  • Fluent French speaking with an excellent command of either English or German
  • High willingness to travel and flexibility
  • Experienced in working with MS Office and ideally knowledge of working with a CRM system
  • Great passion for beauty products, international beauty trends and aesthetics
  • Structured and independent way of working as well as strong conceptual skills
  • High level of team orientation, motivation and initiative
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders internally and externally, ideally experienced in motivating and leading small teams
  • Ideally strong developed network within the professional beauty industry
