Sales Internship

At KI Group we are creating a new AI-Powered Platform that will revolutionise the staffing Industry. As Venture Sales Rep (Internship) you will have the unique opportunity to leverage AI to build our company from the ground up and your contributions will directly influence our growth and success. You'll work closely with our passionate and experienced team to leverage the extensive KI Group ecosystem, gaining access to invaluable resources, mentorship, and networks that will enable us to scale rapidly.

Duration: 30-40 hours per week for 3 months, with the possibility to extend to a Full-time contract

Location: Stuttgart (Marienplatz).

• Lead qualifying via Cold Calling or social media channels to create a quality pipeline
• Pitch our AI driven staffing platform and business model to create hype around the product
• Create data-driven reports to help validate or pivot the product further.

• Pursuing a Business-oriented
• German (minimum C1) and English proficiency
• You able to use your Sales, Marketing or Recruiting experience in order to create storytelling that clients want to buy into
• You are able to form a connection to various stakeholders to build relationships
• You have a desire to execute and convert leads to buyers
