We are expanding our Customer Success Team and are looking for motivated Customer Success professionals (from recent Graduates with first internship experience until experienced seniors) to further maximize the success of our customers along the entire customer journey.
You help our customers to realize the full potential of our product portfolio and prevent churn by helping them realize their goals with our SaaS solution.
You will be responsible for successful project management, up- & cross-sell, and supporting our product team as the voice of the customer to further improve our product solution and expand our product portfolio.


  • You are responsible for your customer portfolio of large corporate/enterprise customers.
  • You onboard new customers with our Solution Engineering team and help our customers to get up & running with our software solution to decrease the time to value.
  • You are the primary contact for your customer base and develop customer relationships further, as well as champions to provide us with testimonials and product feedback.
  • You shape our processes and will optimize them with your data-driven mindset.
  • You work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Solution Engineering, and Engineering.
  • You live customer-centricity and proactively share customer feedback to create the best-in-class customer experience.
  • You analyze customer behavior and propose concrete measures for the successful use of the Kerith SaaS solution.
  • You directly contribute to the company's long-term goals and have a measurable impact on Kerith's growth and success.


  • You have completed your studies in Economics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a comparable course.
  • You have successfully proven yourself in customer success, sales, account, or partner management, ideally in a SaaS/Software environment.
  • You have ideally already worked with CRM systems.
  • You are proactive, work independently, can prioritize your tasks well, and are a team player.
  • You have an affinity for software, and your solution-oriented approach makes you a competent contact person for our existing enterprise customers.
  • You are impact driven, have a strong interest in sustainability, and enjoy dealing with customers.
  • You are a strong communicator with very good German (C2 level) and English skills, both written and spoken.

This is what the individual steps look like:

  1. An initial chat with the Head of Customer Success: to get to know each other,
    understand your current situation, your experience, and your expectations of Kerith
    (30 min)
  2. Case Study including deep dive interview:

  3. to solve the case study within a specific time frame (2-3 days)
  4. to give you the room to present your results and ask/answer questions (1,5h)

3. Founder interview: to find out if we click together and to give you the opportunity to
directly chat with our founders (30 min)
