Customer Success Manager


At Kausa, we are looking for our first Customer Success Manager to join our team. We are building a Decision Intelligence platform that fundamentally changes the way businesses analyze data and make decisions.

  • Guide customers and users through each stage of the Kausa experience, with key focus on successful onboarding and implementation
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction while ensuring they reach their goals and get the maximum value out of Kausa
  • Build strong knowledge of Kausa and speak fluently about Decision Intelligence
  • Closely collaborate with our Sales Engineers during product implementation
  • Advocate for customers to our product team by collecting and sharing customer and user feedback and ideas
  • Manage, upsell, and retain our strategic customers


  • Experience in an early-stage company with high-level of self-directed work and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confidence in working with sophisticated B2B customers on a data product that you’ve gained by working in Customer Success or Client Services roles
  • Commitment to learn the ins and outs of a complex technical product
  • Ability to detect and foster key relationships, communicate with empathy, resilience, and confidence
