HR Manager @ Kausa

Our company is built at Merantix, a Venture Studio focussing on artificial intelligence. This means that we are part of an ecosystem of engaged employees who will help us along the way.

As an HR Manager, you will have an impact on the development of the team, and acquire new competencies and skills as our team, and therefore the company, grows.

As our HR manager you will

• Be responsible for Strategic Recruiting and the further development of recruitment processes
• Translate the business strategy, vision, and values of Kausa into a comprehensive Employer Branding
• Have the freedom to kick-off initiatives to create a trusting, supportive, and mission driven culture that fosters personal growth across the organization
• Become part of the talented and continiously growing Merantix-Network
• Advise and conusult the CEO and CSO on HR realted topics and be the trusted person of the team

We will be a match if..

• You have 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager.
• You already succeeded in hiring for Tech-positions.
• You are critical thinking and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• You are a people person and eager to constantly acquire new skills relevant to the HR field.
• You hold a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
