Are you a movie and TV show fan who is interested in the market research behind movie and tv show consumption? Help us predict success by working closely with our marketing team, perfect the survey and research setups by drawing results from our campaigns that reach millions of movie fans globally.

With substantial investment into marketing automation, machine learning, talent acquisition, and our own creative unit - it’s an opportunity to join now and help us build the most impactful market research standard for movies and tv shows globally.

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Take over the responsibility for our industry-leading survey system
  • Continuous optimization of our survey setups on Google, Facebook, Instagram, JustWatch etc.
  • Analysis of large data sets including campaign performance, and application of the results to build the decision base on how to best spend large media budgets for our clients from the entertainment industry
  • Presention of the research results in a clear and concise mannerBeing the internal and external ambassador of the research instruments we have developed because the “classic market research” isn’t sufficient for the entertainment industry
  • Close collaboration with the Campaigns Team, BI and MarTech team in order to constantly develop our system and adapt it to the needs of the rapidly changing entertainment market
  • Further build and develop our survey team

What you will need:

  • A proactive mindset and the ability to stay constructive and output-oriented in challenging situations
  • Keen interest in the movie and TV show industry, you are looking for an opportunity to build and steer an industry-leading campaign research setup
  • Statistics background, quantitative market research experience, study design and non-probability sampling at scale
  • A few years of experience with online research setups
  • Willingness to jump into a very challenging and fast-moving environment that comes with lots of opportunities to grow
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Great conduct of English, any other language is a plus.

We have started to slowly get back to our new offices at the historic Backfabrik, where we will work in a hybrid mode. If you do not live in Berlin, we provide relocation and visa support.
