Are you a movie and TV show fan who is interested in the market research behind movie and tv show consumption? Help us predict success by working closely with our marketing team, perfect the survey and research setups by drawing results from our campaigns that reach millions of movie fans globally.

With substantial investment into marketing automation, machine learning, talent acquisition, and our own creative unit - it’s an opportunity to join now and help us build the most impactful market research standard for movies and tv shows globally.

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Build an industry-leading insight capability to predict which content to be served on which channels for us to be able to advise our clients
  • Optimise our survey setups that mirror our marketing campaign setups on Google, Facebook, JustWatch platform etc.
  • Analyse large data sets including campaign performance, and use the results to build the decision base on how to best spend large media budgets for our clients from the entertainment industry
  • Present the research results in a clear and concise manner
  • None of the old instruments work for creating an insight proxy in the VOD vertical, help us become one.
  • Further build and develop our survey team of 5 researchers

What you will need:

  • Keen interest in the movie and tv show industry, you are looking for an opportunity to build and steer an industry-leading campaign research setup
  • Basic statistics background, quantitative market research experience, study design and non-probability sampling at scale
  • A few years of experience with research setups through paid online marketing channels (Google, YT, FB, IG etc.)
  • Willingness to jump into a very challenging and fast-moving environment that comes with lots of opportunities to grow
  • Great conduct of English, any other language is a plus.

We have started to slowly get back to our new offices at the historic Backfabrik, where we will work in a hybrid mode. If you do not live in Berlin, we provide relocation and visa support.
