We are currently seeking a Sales B2B Fintech to join our team at iO, a global digital asset infrastructure for financial institutions and enterprises. As a Sales B2B Fintech, you will play a crucial role in connecting new customers with our products. Your main responsibilities will include building new relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our CEO to develop strategies that align with our company goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the finance and digital assets market.   • Responsible to acquire new clients hands-on
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet revenue targets
  • Convince potential clients about the benefits of our product and digital asset as a product ambassador
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding
  • Maintain a good relationship with your client


  • Proven work experience as a Sales B2B software
  • Top-notch software presentation skills in customer meetings
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong responsibility to lead growth revenue
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its application in the financial industry
  • Business fluent in English (native English and fluent German are a plus)


  • Salary: we offer a competitive minimum fixed salary of 4.168€ per month depending on experience with a bonus on top.
