You will start as Sales Development Representative. The vast part of your work will be in Outbound. You will be mining leads, contacting them and analising your success rate based on data. Together with the leadership team, you will support working on strategies and tactics for inbound activities.

You will also qualify leads and make them ready for our sales team to close. Getting better in time you will have the chance to advance as a Sales Manager bringing the deal to closing.

What will you sell?

  • Lead generation. Research, identification and generation of leads for outbound activities (email marketing, Linkedin, etc.) with the help of various digital tools.
  • Creating and executing outreach campaigns, based on in-depth research of the user target group; creating content and copy for emails based on target groups.
  • Inbound qualification. You will be the number #1 touch spot for all inbound communication. You will lead the first discussions and qualify.
  • Collect data on your Outbound and Inbound activities and present it to the leadership team, supporting the development of sales strategy.
  • Optimize campaigns based on the current outcomes and identify the interesting market to reach out to.

Research markets and companies, understanding trends and needs.


  • Fluent English is a must. Another language is a plus.
  • Experience in Lead generation and Outbound Sales is well received, but not a must in case you can convince us you are the right person for this job.
  • Determination. You can work determined to achieve a set goal without losing focus on the path no matter how hard the path is.
  • Analytical. You can understand data and develop your own path of sales development based on facts and numbers.
  • Communicator. You can write the copy of your email in easy-to-understand and catchy words.
  • Empathy. You can understand what customers want.
