Backend Developer (m/f/d)

Infosim is an IT company based in Würzburg, Germany. Our core product is a network management solution called StableNet®. As a Backend Developer (m/f/d), you will join our 20+ people strong dev-team in further improving StableNet®. While we provide comprehensive onboarding and training for all employees, this opportunity is directed more at senior talents.

We are looking to hire two full-time developers (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

As a Backend Developer at Infosim, you will:

• Use your command of Java (JEE) to implement new and enhance existing features of StableNet®.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative features (e.g. Telemetry, NETCONF) and interfaces to connect with external systems.
• Engage in agile software development projects (Kanban), leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive the evolution of StableNet®.
• Optionally work closely with our global clientele, although direct customer interaction is not mandatory.

Your expertise is more important to us than any specific degree or years of experience. Specifically, we are looking for experienced Java (or JEE) developers. Bonus points if you also know the ins and outs of large IT networks, but this is not a must.

Many of our clients and staff are based in Germany, but if you only speak English, that is not a problem either: Both our team and our international customer base are very accommodating.

• Work from anywhere – we offer up to 90 % remote work. Alternatively, our brand-new HQ in Würzburg is a great place to be, with AC and height-adjustable desks available to all employees. If you prefer to work from abroad, we can also make that work!

• Choose your favourite OS and work with the latest technologies: We always use the current LTS-versions of Java, Angular and all other tools.
• The hours fit your schedule – work when you can! We're looking for new developers to work with us from 15 to 40 hours per week.
