Presales Engineer (m/f/d)

Infosim is an IT company based in Würzburg, Germany. Our core product is a network management solution called StableNet®.

As a Presales Engineer (m/f/d), you will collaborate closely with our account managers while providing the technical expertise to help prospective clients come to an informed decision.

Naturally, we provide comprehensive onboarding and training, so this is a great opportunity for both junior and senior talents.

• You will act as the technical expert demonstrating the use-cases and benefits of our product to prospective clients. Meanwhile, your colleagues handle account management and lead generation.
• As part of this, you will leverage your technical knowledge to articulate how our product addresses specific client needs and pain points.
• To that end, you will set up proof-of-concept test environments, usually remotely.
• Additionally, you will aid in the preparation of tender offers from a technical point of view.
• You will utilize your expertise to engage with prospects and assist them in defining their precise technical needs and expectations.

Your skills and personality are more important to us than any specific degree or years of experience. If you know the ins and outs of large IT networks, i. e. are familiar with IPv6 or SNMP, and you are an effective, proactive communicator, you should not miss out on this opportunity!

Many of our clients are based in Germany, but if you only speak English, that is not a problem either: Our international customer base is very accommodating.
