Working Student - IT (f/m/x)

About the Role

We at icon group are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our IT team as a Working Student IT Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users and ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware and software systems. You will be an integral part of our IT team, working closely with other members to maintain and improve our systems and network performance.

As a Working Student IT Support, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of technical projects and initiatives, gain hands-on experience in the field, and expand your knowledge and skills. Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to users on various hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot network, hardware and software issues
• Monitor and maintain systems, applications, and network performance
• Install and configure software, hardware, and networks
• Keep track of hardware and software inventory
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives
• Respond to user requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a related field of study (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
