## Tasks

*   Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues to ensure seamless user experience.
*   Collaborate with team members and service partners to troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents promptly.
*   Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment, ensuring availability for immediate dispatch when needed.
*   Assist in setting up and configuring devices for new employees, ensuring they are ready to hit the ground running.
*   Participate in global IT projects and rollouts, providing support and expertise as required.

## Requirements

*   Experience in IT support with a focus on deskside assistance.
*   Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
*   Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
*   Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
