As a maternity leave replacement, we are hiring for a fixed-term contract from 01.02.2026 to 30.06.2026 a:
Customer Success Representative to join our partner services team based in Zurich.

Tasks

  • Manage and monitor partner companies
  • Handle incoming calls and emails
  • Process complaints and resolve issues
  • Sell and renew partnership contracts
  • Maximize partner satisfaction
  • Perform various administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and telephone communication skills
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused
  • Strong commercial mindset
  • Dynamic, autonomous, and sociable
  • Tenacious and detail-oriented
  • Bilingual in German/English required; French is a strong plus
  • Good command of IT tools
  • Excellent spelling and writing skills
